Transitional Housing and Crisis Stabilization
Journeys Way provides safe, structured housing and emergency support to individuals and families facing homelessness, domestic violence, addiction recovery, or reentry. Our housing programs offer stability, accountability, and long term pathways to independence.
• Up to two year transitional housing through the S.E.L.F. Residential Program
• 45 day emergency shelter and rapid rehousing assistance
• Separate supportive housing for fathers and reentry men
• Individualized self sufficiency plans with case management
• Housing stability planning and relapse prevention support
Behavioral Health and Family Restoration
We deliver trauma informed mental health services and family reunification support to strengthen emotional wellness and rebuild healthy relationships.
• Individual and group counseling
• Addiction recovery and domestic violence support groups
• On site psychiatric telehealth services
• Supervised visitation and parenting education
• Legal navigation and custody support referrals
Workforce Development and Economic Empowerment
This program equips residents and community members with the tools needed to secure employment, build income, and achieve financial independence.
• Job readiness training and resume clinics
• Apprenticeship and employment partnerships
• Financial literacy and budgeting education
• Micro enterprise coaching and small business development
• Pop up shop and online sales opportunities for resident made goods
Community Support and Youth Services
Journeys Way extends support beyond housing through essential resources, youth rehabilitation services, and ongoing alumni engagement.
• Diaper bank and basic needs distribution
• Food pantry and hygiene assistance
• Juvenile rehabilitation and GED support for youth
• Alumni mentorship network and long-term case management follow-up

Our mission is to provide safe, supportive, and trauma informed housing and services that empower individuals and families to heal, rebuild, and achieve lasting self sufficiency. Through transitional housing, behavioral health support, life skills development, and family reunification services, we help people move from crisis to stability with dignity, accountability, and community support.
